** Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Services at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 890-1077. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on-site.
Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing by August 27, 2025. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before August 27, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
